Lead Guarantee

We guarantee to deliver the number of leads as agreed upon in our contract and that these leads will meet the agreed-upon criteria, including the type of companies you are targeting.

  1. Lead Quantity Guarantee:

If we do not provide the number of leads as outlined in our agreement, you are entitled to a full refund for the portion of the leads not delivered.

  • Lead Quality Guarantee:

All leads delivered will match the specific criteria discussed, including but not limited to:

  • Industry type
  • Company size
  • Geographic location (if applicable)
  • Other mutually agreed qualifications
  • If any lead fails to meet these criteria, we will replace it free of charge. If replacement leads cannot be provided, you are eligible for a refund for that lead.

Refund Process

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

You may request a refund if:

  • The number of leads delivered falls short of the agreed target.
  • The leads do not meet the defined company type or criteria as per our agreement.
  • How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final lead list. We will review your request and, if found valid, process your refund or replacement within 14 business days.

  • Exclusions:

Refunds do not apply in the following cases:

  • The leads meet the agreed-upon criteria, but the client has difficulty converting them into sales or further engagements.
    • The client changes the lead requirements after the contract has been signed, without mutual agreement in writing.
    • Any delays or changes caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.
